How much notice is needed?
A minimum of 3 calendar days is required for all orders, including large orders.
Is pickup or delivery available?
Pickup is available. Delivery is available for an additional charge; eligibility, timing and cost are confirmed individually.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cash is accepted. A deposit is required for large or custom orders; the amount and deadline are confirmed when ordering.
Are prices final?
Displayed prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. Prices may change due to inflation, fuel or transportation costs, and tariffs; the final total is confirmed when ordering.
Are cancellations or refunds available?
Orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable after confirmation.
How are allergies handled?
Food is prepared in a kitchen where common allergens may be present. Dietary customizations may be available, but allergen-free preparation and prevention of cross-contact cannot be guaranteed. Customers must disclose all allergy requirements before ordering.
